Let me start by saying I’m not an 18yo college kid lol. I’m in my late 30s but finally finishing my degree online. I like to study or work on whatever out of the house every so often, but being very new to the area (I arrive at the end of the month, actually), I would appreciate some chill places that I could just hunker down for a few hours, have a drink (alcoholic or non), and do my thing without having a frat party in the next booth lol.
