I currently work for the state and every job I’ve looked at on people’s first, the average salary is between 40,000-55,000 a year. It’s crazy how low we get paid here. I was just curious to see what everyone’s long term goal is? I can’t imagine it being easy to buy a house. So what’s everyone’s career plan? What about housing? It just seems like I’m struggling to keep my head above water. What’s the plan long term, with rising rent costs and just basic necessities. Or are most people content(not in a bad way)?
