Are there any family doctors’ offices with competent front office staff? I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my refill called in and after being assured that it was….well, it wasn’t. Tried going to their office in person and the pharmacy still said it wasn’t called in. Any office recommendations? Obviously, it would be great if the doctor was easy going/friendly, too.
