To the cool folks in the white SUV who witnessed me absolutely demolishing a taco at the intersection of Tennessee and Magnolia today, first of all, I’m sorry you had to see that. I hadn’t had a chance to sit down for lunch (toddler mom life) and knew the situation wasn’t going to improve once I got where I was going. There was a window of opportunity and I took it. And there was no time to be dainty about it. I am horrified on your behalf.

I must have realized I didn’t have a napkin around the time you did. It’s just really bad timing that the light changed and I couldn’t grab the one you were holding out the window. Thanks for the offer, kind stranger. I laughed my butt off as you turned onto Tennessee, napkin fluttering in the wind. You are a real one.
