I need someone local in Tallahassee that will be willing to take my cat Rocky until I can get into a place I can afford. I have a letter that will allow me to keep him as an emotional support animal. He means everything to me. I don’t want to give him up forever. If I can’t find him a home, he’ll have to go back to the pound. We rescued him almost 9 years ago. He’s about 11 and a complete darling. Losing Rocky would crush me and probably crush him too.

I have a new litter box, toys, and his special food., This, I hope, will be a temporary situation. I want to take him back once I find a place to live. Meanwhile, I’ll also be at the pound… er… homeless shelter.
