Lofty Pursuits has new vegan menu!!🙈 I got the tofu grit bowl and it was super yummy!!!! You can also add vegan chorizo to it. The owner, Greg, came out and spoke with my partner and I about the new vegan options. He was very kind and open about everything, even letting us see the kitchen and showing the measures they go to avoid cross contamination. They are open M-Th for brunch 7-1:30, along with on weekends 8-2:30. I’ve also had the vegan pancakes quite a few times and it’s one of the only places in town I’ve been able to get vegan pancakes and grits and the grits are amazingggg
