Location: Walmart on Apalachee Pkwy exit leading towards Idlewild Dr

I did not take any before pictures, but if you have visited this Walmart, you probably know where this is.

I tackled this area on Earth day and unfortunately my work did not last very long. Due to this being a high trafficked exit and an adjacent homeless population, the area was quickly consumed by litter. For a while, I felt defeated and unmotivated. I had decided to just stick with litter walks in my neighborhood and on my hikes. I know there are so many other hotspots in town, but I am one person and have my passion projects.

Something called to me today. Despite the heat and large amounts of litter, I took action and got it done. However long it lasts this time, I just hope I’m able to inspire someone from this post or anyone who witnessed me as they drove by to help keep our community clean. If we all picked up one piece of litter every day, our planet would be a better place for all.
