I’m looking for a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment for 2027-2028. Ideal range is around 1300, but I was hoping it would be less than $1600 for both rooms (willing to rent both separately or the entire apartment). Does not have to be a perfect apartment, but no bugs (within reason) and reasonable management. Was looking at SOMO apartments and the Enclave at Huntington Woods. I have also been looking at Phoenix South Management‘s properties. I haven’t heard the best about the ones near FSU, but I would be looking to go a bit further off campus. Possibly the Miccosukee location. If anyone has lived there or knows anyone who has please let me know how it is. Or, if you have any suggestions please let me know.
