Hi I’m a 21F pharmacy student attending FAMU. I come from a low-income family and have pretty much worked and supported my college journey by myself. This summer has been the hardest for me. I work part-time at a CVS and haven’t had any luck with getting more hours or finding another job. I have a CNA license and was super close to being able to start working nights again as a HHA but I started my community rotations and lost that opportunity. I can’t afford to pay my rent, my car, my credit cards (which I’ve been using to pay my bills and live), and every resource I’ve tried to contact has been a dead end.

My mental health is struggling because of this for the fact that I don’t have anywhere or anyone to lean on in case I truly do end up homeless. Are there any resources I should know about? I’m desperate and don’t want to drop out of school. Pharmacy is my only passion in life and I’ve worked so hard to get here.
