How can I get my hands on it?

As someone who was gaslit by the county about this woman who I know misrepresented my child in reports (e.g. official report in his record says my child urinated in a hallway, is incontinent, and needs to be removed to a behavioral site) and underplayed her staff’s abuse (e.g. my special needs child urinated on himself out of fear when being corralled by multiple adults with gym mats for getting out of line, as he revealed to his therapist) and many other examples (like when he came home soaking wet because a “behavioral specialist” dumped water on him as punishment), I need it. Preferably in full.
