Does anyone know what the deal is with Mahan Dental? My husband is a patient there. He’s in the middle of getting some crowns. Last week one of the temporary crowns fell out and the earliest he could get an an appointment was July 20th. That’s crazy.

Over the weekend he lost a second temporary crown and now he’s got a full blown infection with abscess. He’s been trying for three days now to get someone, anyone from that office to even just speak with him about this and it’s crickets. They seem only to use an answering service with an AI loop. No one is returning messages at all. He also tried going through the portal and nothing.

He was seen at urgent care over the weekend for antibiotics and his primary on Monday for some better pain management. He was seen this morning by MY dentist and is now in a chair getting an emergency double root canal. He still hasn’t heard back from Mahan.

I don’t seen him returning to Mahan after this ordeal but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this bc it’s pretty fucked up.
