Congrats to the state employees that will now have a well-deserved 5 (!) day weekend around the July 4 holiday with today’s announcement that offices will be closed on July 2 and July 6, in addition to the holiday on July 3 and the weekend on July 4 & 5.

To the OPSers: You know the drill, unfortunately. Hopefully you are allowed to work extra during the week if you would like, to make up for losing on 3 days’ pay now.
