hi! not contribute to a ton of apartment search posts but i’m currently apartment hunting for the first time, as i’ve been in student housing apartments for the last 3 years and the same place for 2 years. i don’t have a roommate and im trying to stick to 1.2k and under, but i’m struggling to find literally anywhere within my budget that has even decent reviews. i guess that leads to my question – does any apartment complex in this city have even halfway positive reviews? i know experiences vary, but i keep finding places that seem like they’d be a good fit, and, post google search, i immediately find a bunch of extremely negative reviews.

edit: i get that 1.2k is a stretch yall. like i really do, i was just posting with some wishful thinking. i appreciate the people being kind. regarding the roommate thing – it’s not that i don’t want a roommate, i just don’t have one at this time. i’ve had some pretty terrible roommate experiences and would like to avoid it if possible, but i am happy to get one if i need one. please be kind, i didn’t mean to cause an uproar and was just trying to gauge public sentiment.
