Where is the moon?

A Man who coached against Bobby Bowden was asked a simple question; Just how good is the legendary FSU coach?
“The best way to answer that is with a story not even Bobby knows about,” says the former college coach, now in the NFL. “Our team cheted against FSU, and we still couldn’t beat him. We cheated badly, and that bastard still won.”
“Bobby’s team was coming in to play us,” continued the coach, who asked not to be identified, referring to a time period within the past several decades, “and we were scared to death of Florida State. They were killing teams. They were winning by huge margins and running all kinds of trick plays. They were very intimidating.”

“So we did some things I regret to tis day. One thing we did was send someone to go spy on his practices. We saw a lot of their plays and what they were planning to do. Mainly we saw some of their trick plays they were practicing. We got tons of information.”

“Then we put microphones in the visitors’ locker room of our stadium. We heard just about everything before the game and halftime [that] Florida State was planning. At halftime we listened in to what Bobby told the team. We knew some of the plays they were going to run. Bobby and his assistants were talking about some defensive stuff too. We stole a bunch of stuff.”

“I would guess we knew probably 30 or 40 percent of what they were going to do based on cheating like that. It might have been more. But you know what? We still lost. We wired Bobby’s locker room and still lost.”

“So how good a coach is Bowden? We had some pretty good players on our team when we faced him. Our coaches were cut throat fuckers with no conscience, but we were good. We spied on his practices. We wired his locker like we were the damn CIA. We did all that, and he still beat us. I thought after that, ‘This is the greatest coach I have ever seen.’ Nothing has happened since then to change my mind. No one was better than Bobby, and no one ever will be. That’s just my opinion as someone who has been in football for a long time and in college coached against some of the great coaches. People don’t give Bobby enough credit for being very smart and a great tactical coach.”

“You know I always thought Bobby knew what we did. He probably laughed at us. He probably said to himself, ‘Nice dadgum try.’”
