Good housing

Hey folks, I’m matriculating at FSU in the Fall and I want to find an apartment/condo/townhouse/etc that’s relatively quiet and is 1bd/1br. Money is no object, though I’d prefer if rent wasn’t above 475-500 a month (so no $800/mo studio apartments or anything like that).
If you can help me out that’d be cool. I just want to find an area in town that’s good for studying and isn’t a party complex.
